The exterior surface is finished with a corrosion-resistant powder coating. All joints are sealed with intumescent firestop compound to prevent flame and smoke penetration.
An external centrifugal fan motor is mounted on a separate bracket outside the main airflow path. The motor is housed in a NEMA 4X rated enclosure for protection against moisture, dust, and corrosive agents. The drive system uses belt-driven connection with adjustable pulley for speed control. Motor power ranges from 0.75 kW to 7.5 kW depending on model configuration. Electrical connections are routed through liquid-tight conduit fittings.
