Product Introduction

The WEX and DFBZ series represent advanced engineering solutions in wall-mounted ventilation, specifically designed for direct exhaust or supply configurations in confined architectural spaces. Unlike conventional ducted systems, these axial ventilators function as self-contained terminal units that discharge air directly through a wall aperture, eliminating the need for extensive ductwork. The primary structure consists of a molded Fiberglass-Reinforced Plastic (FRP) housing, precision-machined impeller blades, and an integrated explosion-proof electric motor. The housing is fabricated using a hand-lay-up or spray-up process, ensuring uniform resin distribution and eliminating internal voids that could compromise structural integrity. The outer surface is coated with a UV-resistant gel coat to prevent yellowing, chalking, or surface degradation under prolonged solar exposure.

Functionally, these ventilators operate on the principle of axial airflow, where air is drawn parallel to the axis of rotation and expelled in the same direction. The impeller features multiple curved blades engineered to generate uniform velocity profiles and minimize turbulent wake. The motor operates at standard industrial frequencies (50Hz/60Hz) with Class F insulation and IP55 ingress protection, making it suitable for both indoor and semi-exposed outdoor environments.
