The FT35-11 FRP Axial Flow Fan is a type of industrial ventilation equipment designed for direct air movement along the fan’s axis. It features a robust FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) impeller and housing, which provides structural integrity and resistance to corrosive environments.
The fan operates on the principle of axial airflow — air is drawn in parallel to the motor shaft and expelled in the same direction. The impeller consists of multiple blades arranged to maximize efficiency and minimize turbulence. The motor is typically mounted directly on the fan frame or integrated into the hub, ensuring compact design and stable operation.
Standard models are available in diameters ranging from 300mm to 1250mm, with airflow rates up to 50,000 m³/h depending on size and speed. The fan can be configured for clockwise or counter-clockwise rotation based on installation requirements.
Mounting options include direct coupling to motors, belt drive systems, or standalone units with optional vibration dampeners. The FRP material is non-conductive, lightweight, and resistant to UV degradation, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations.
Maintenance includes periodic cleaning of blades and housing, lubrication of bearings (if applicable), and inspection of motor connections. The fan is designed for continuous operation under ambient temperatures from -20°C to +60°C. All units comply with international safety and performance standards for industrial fans.
