Forward‑curved multi‑blade double‑inlet centrifugal fans with Type‑A drive and backward‑curved airfoil centrifugal fans with Type‑E drive are adopted. High‑speed dynamic balance calibration is performed. The fan and motor are mounted on a shared spring base to ensure ultra‑smooth, nearly vibration‑free operation. Air volume and air pressure are comprehensively calculated by high‑precision data‑acquisition instruments, guaranteeing reliable product quality.
The frame adopts a modular design. Components are stamped by dedicated moulds and processed with imported precision sheet‑metal machinery. The inner cabinet wall is lined with PEF foam and ultra‑fine glass‑fiber material for thermal insulation and noise‑reduction. The frame and cabinet body are firmly joined, delivering excellent sealing, heat‑insulation and sound‑insulation performance.
Standard units are made of galvanized steel sheet in its natural finish. Custom powder‑coating colours or colour‑steel‑plate casings are available upon request.
Variable Air‑Volume Control
Two control options are available: (1) voltage‑regulating control; (2) frequency‑inverter control. Remote operation can be realized after an electric control box is configured.
This series of fan cabinets features compact size, light weight, large air volume, low noise, low power consumption and stable running. It can be floor‑mounted or ceiling‑suspended. Widely used for ventilation, air exchange and air‑pressure boosting in general factories, office buildings, hotels, shopping malls, hospitals and high‑rise civil‑building HVAC systems.
The fan cabinet shall not bear the weight of connected external ductwork. Filter elements shall be replaced periodically. Clean the filter immediately once reduced airflow is detected: wash gently in soapy water and rinse thoroughly with clean water.
🔥 Superior Fire Resistance--Engineered with high-grade intumescent seals and steel-reinforced panels to withstand temperatures up to 1000°C (1832°F), ensuring structural integrity during fire events per ASTM E119 or EN 1363 standards.
🌬️ High-Efficiency Thermal & Acoustic Insulation--Multi-layer ceramic fiber + mineral wool insulation reduces heat transfer by up to 90%, while minimizing operational noise — ideal for sensitive environments like hospitals, labs, and residential towers.
🏗️ Modular Design for Easy Installation--Pre-fabricated, bolt-together construction allows quick mounting on walls, ceilings, or duct runs. No specialized welding required — compatible with standard HVAC tools and scaffolding.
⚙️ Robust Construction & Corrosion Protection--Galvanized or stainless steel outer shell resists rust, corrosion, and physical impact. Optional powder-coated finish enhances durability in humid, coastal, or chemically aggressive environments.
📜 Compliance with Global Safety Standards--Meets or exceeds UL 181, NFPA 90A, EN 13501-2, and local building codes. Certified for use in commercial kitchens, data centers, offshore platforms, and high-rise fire safety systems.
💨 Optimized Airflow Performance--Aerodynamic internal baffles and low-resistance design maintain efficient ventilation even under fire-rated conditions — no pressure drop penalty for critical airflow needs.
🔧 Low Maintenance & Long Service Life--No moving parts inside the cabinet; sealed joints prevent dust ingress and reduce cleaning frequency. Designed for 20+ years of reliable operation with minimal inspection requirements.
🌍 Environmentally Responsible Materials--Uses non-toxic, recyclable insulation and lead-free coatings — compliant with RoHS and REACH directives, supporting green building certifications (LEED, BREEAM).
The DBF‑series fan cabinet unit is not fitted with built‑in cooling or heating coils and other air‑conditioning components. During operation, the internal fan draws indoor return air and outdoor fresh air at a preset ratio, where the two airstreams are fully mixed inside the cabinet. The mixed air is then delivered to target conditioned zones to achieve ventilation and air renewal. This unit can also switch to exhaust mode to discharge stale indoor air. An air filter mounted at the return‑air inlet provides primary dust‑filtration, capturing most airborne particulate contaminants and improving supply‑air cleanliness. Featuring compact structure and stable operation, this fan box is widely applied for fresh‑air supply and ventilation systems in shopping malls, office buildings, industrial workshops and other types of buildings.
