Installation Process

1. Foundation Preparation – Level concrete base with anchor bolts installed according to our engineering drawing.

2. Bottom Panel Assembly – Lay out bottom panels on foundation, seal joints with silicone sealant.

3. Wall Panel Erection – Bolt wall panels sequentially, install rubber gasket seals between each joint.

4. Top Panel & Roof – Install top panels and optional roof structure (flat or pitched).

5. Accessories Installation – Mount ladders, pipes, valves, level sensors, manhole covers.

6. Testing & Commissioning – Fill with water, check for leaks, make final adjustments.
