Made of carbon steel / stainless steel; flanged connection

Axial flow fan (induced draft / forced draft optional); protection rating IP55; VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) configurable

Forces air to flow through the finned tube bundle to remove heat; induced draft design reduces environmental interference on heat exchange

High-strength carbon steel welded structure; platforms, ladders, and maintenance platforms can be added upon request

Product Introduction

A Horizontal Radiator (also commonly referred to as a Horizontal Air Cooler / Horizontal Air-Cooled Heat Exchanger) is a highly efficient heat exchange device that uses air as the cooling medium to cool or condense high-temperature fluid inside the tubes. Its core feature is the horizontally arranged tube bundle paired with top-mounted fans. Widely used in industrial scenarios where water resources are scarce or water conservation is critical, it is an indispensable energy-saving cooling equipment in industries such as petrochemicals, coal chemicals, electric power, and metallurgy.
