
High efficiency mixed flow industrial air blower have higher air pressure than axial-flow fans and larger air volume than centrifugal fans. They are suitable for occasions with moderate air volume requirements, filling the gap between axial-flow fans and centrifugal fans. Mixed flow industrial blowers are energy-efficient and easy to install. The blower is mainly composed of impeller, casing, inlet collector, guide vane, motor and other components. The impeller adopts twisted blades with meridional acceleration characteristics, which are welded on the hub. Dynamic balance verification and overspeed test are carried out to ensure its good aerodynamic performance. The casing is circular and connected as a whole with a wind collector with silencing function. The outlet is equipped with guide vanes, which have good air flow distribution and pressure stability.
